Other General Tips
Ensure that any site you are adding your CV to is registered on the Data Protection Register. Do not add your CV to sites - always check the sites validity. Do not add your CV to sites that offer open source searches of CV's. Do not add your CV to sites that do not have any mailing address or contact telephone number. Do not under any circumstances give your National Insurance number to anybody until you are absolutely confident and ready to do so. Do not add any personal information on your CV - it is now acceptable to refrain from putting your whole address on your CV, this can be disclosed when you are ready to do so. Avoid applying to suspect vacancies - whereby no employer name is displayed - although bear in mind that some employer may advertise anonymously. When searching for hospitality jobs or jobs in general online - or are preparing your hospitality job search and career move - it is very important in this day and age that you are extremely careful which sites you add/load your CV onto.
